Great music. Great Pre concert. Get Don to wear cheap sun glasses like all Bass players do.

Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed your performance at the Wellness
House last night. I was asking if you had any CD's available. I would like to have my son listen to you. Loved "Just Dance". I don't know is that is the name but it really is how we feel at this time.
Keep in touch.

As a professor of history, a proud American, and as a granddaughter, daughter, and sister of veterans from World War II to Operation Desert Storm, I recognize the significance of "You Serve." This song speaks to the very heart of what you and I are doing with the foundation - we wanted to give back to those men and women who have made the sacrifice to defend our rights and freedoms. Ryan, thank you for writing, recording, and donating this amazing song to our You Serve Foundation for scholarships for the troops. Your words and music evoke the exact feelings that we wanted to convey - patriotism, allegiance, support, and gratitude. Thank you for this incredible gift.

Very Nicely done, right there with Strangers on Steel Horses, another song about the PGR and the Military.

Ryan,
Great song with a strong message. I particulariy liked the part where you spoke the words.. it seems to bring a greater impact. (That is not a commentary on your singing ability).
Thank you for what you do. I'll share your website with others.

This is awesome idea of recognititon to those who are taken for granted in the cross fieres of the war battles....
You tribute is am example that someone cares and cares deeply...I cannot thank you enough for coming up with this program..It feels good that heavens produce guirdiand angels of your scope....Instead of watching the world just turn around in circles usual and grim when it comes to war service men and women....where sacrofice is taken for granted and rewards are few....you simply chose to be the change that you want to see in the warld when in comes to lives that we so quickly put on the back burner of social scale once they come back to civil life....yet they are for ever changed people after the most distructive of all social duties which is serving in a war...They will be needing social and emotional support desperately......
Kudos to you.....Vera_Olivera Ristic

I really enjoyed listening to the song You Serve. As the girlfriend of a soldier, I can honestly say a song like this means a lot to those who serve. We need more entertainers like yourself to write and perform wonderful songs such as You Serve. Thank you, and keep 'em coming!

Your song is definitely motivational for our troops. It gives them the reason for being where they are in the time frame that they are serving but also gives them a lead in to how the past has been served.
The ending needs to be less corney

Each CD is better than the last. Ryan's music serves to be as much uplifting as it does a source of comfort. It reminds the listener that even though times may get tough, never give up, keep your eye on fulfilling your dreams and have a great time while living.
I have played his music for family and friends. They are always instantly hooked. Even my young children find the toons catchy and fun. They will request to hear them in the car and enjoy singing along. And I enjoy the message my children receive.
Please keep up the great work! The world could really use more positive attitudes and messages like these CDs hold!

Rarely does one come upon a CD where the title is so closely representative of the music within. "Blessing and Burdens" is truly a portal into the depths of one man's heartfelt life experiences - both the highs and the lows. It brings back thoughts of the types of challenges everyone has faced as well as the joyful moments that we all live for. "Blessings and Burdens" took me through such a range of emotions and did so in a very flowing manner. It left me with an uplifted feeling yet acknowledged the realities of life. Great job! Can't wait to hear the new releases - Johnny Ny TBG

We all grow through trials, as well as our triumphs. Spinning the stories of these special moments, allows us all to share our sights, through sounds and words. While I've studied the Classical masters, and can even, on a good day, play a few of their wonderful tunes, I have always considered myself, a folk musician, who loves to tell stories, put to music. Both Ryan and I grew up in the shadow of men like Bob Dylan, Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, as well as the Gershwins, Loener and Lowe, Steve Goodman, Arlo, and literaly dozens more. Each of these men, could weave tall tales, and fish stories, as well as touch your heart, at the same time. With the release of "Blessings and Burdens", it's Ryan's turn to open his mind and heart to those that choose to listen. Put it on, sit back, and enjoy the moment. Good work, Ry.

Sarti's "Blessings & Burdens" is a fine combination of victorian sentiment with a contemporary spin. After a gentle trip down memory lane with relating to the song writer's stories I frequently find myself smiling if not laughing out loud at the satirical wit that shines through. Thanks, Ryan. Great CD
